RETURNS POLICY

You're more than welcome to return any unwanted items in accordance with our terms and conditions, as outlined below. We kindly request that you review these guidelines to ensure your return complies with our policy and can be processed accordingly.

You are hereby granted a period of twenty-one (21) days, commencing from the date of order placement, within which you may return your purchased item(s) for either a full refund or an exchange, subject to our terms and conditions.

In the event that your order arrives in a damaged condition, differs from the description provided on our website, or is not the item you originally ordered, you are wholly entitled to receive a full refund. We assure you that your statutory rights to recompense will be fully honoured in such circumstances.

In the event that the item cannot be delivered due to typographical errors at checkout, such as an incorrect address, we regret that we are unable to provide a refund for the order. However, we can arrange a redelivery for a nominal fee.

NON RETURNABLE/REFUNDABLE ITEMS

1.Personalised items are non-returnable/refundable due to their bespoke nature, having been specifically crafted for the individual customer. However, exceptions may be made in cases where the error is attributable to our company. Such instances may include:

  • Damaged item (the item arrived damaged or defective);
  • Incorrect personalisation (the product has been personalised incorrectly compared to your request);

2. Misreading description, size guides, product details, personalisation inputs:

  • If you misread the description, size guides, product details of the product and the item is something you did not expect, but it matches our description, your order is non-returnable and non-refundable.
  • If you made errors when inputting personalisations and you did not notice before checkout, your order is non-returnable and non-refundable.

PROCESSING TIME

We aim to process all returns within 10 working days once orders reach back our studio, subject to there being no complications with the returned items. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method utilised for the initial purchase.
In the case of exchanges, these will be automatically processed as a new order and dispatched to you via our standard delivery service.

RESPONSIBILITY

Please be advised that returned items remain your responsibility until they are received by our company. Therefore, it is important that you package the items securely to prevent any damage during transit.

As the parcel remains under your responsibility until it is received at our premises, we strongly recommend that you retain your proof of postage. This documentation may be necessary should you need to contact us regarding your return.

Please note that our company cannot be held liable for any items that are erroneously returned to us. In the event that we are able to locate such items (which is not always feasible) and you request their return, we may require you to cover the associated delivery costs.
